It’s an honor to unite you in joy
As a minister and counselor, I enjoy helping people through whatever phase of life they’re facing. But I never really saw myself as a wedding officiant until a friend encouraged me. She said her clients were looking at officiants and not finding what they wanted. They were looking for ceremonies reflecting creativity, personalization, and inclusiveness.
So I gave it a try. Along with my empathy and other people skills, I found my drama and singing background gave me a great foundation for officiating. And through officiating, I’ve discovered I’m a conduit for putting a couple’s love into a short, sweet ceremony, keeping them grounded and giving their guests a meaningful experience.
